Which course should I start with if I’m completely new to IT?
If you are a complete beginner, we normally recommend starting with the Express IT On‑Boarding Course. It gives you a clear understanding of how modern IT environments work, and prepares you for more focused paths like networking and Cisco certifications.
How does the IT route map work in practice?
We usually start with foundations (Express IT On‑Boarding), then move into vendor‑neutral networking (CompTIA Network+), and finally specialise with Cisco CCNA. You can discuss your background with us so we can advise if you should skip or repeat any step.
Are the classes live or pre‑recorded?
Our primary focus is live, instructor‑led sessions so you can ask questions and see real tools in action. Some sessions may be recorded for review, but the core experience is always live.
Do I need any previous IT experience?
No. Many of our learners are starting from scratch. We explain concepts in simple language first, then connect them to real systems, commands, and tools so you can follow at a comfortable pace.
What tools and labs will I use during the courses?
You will work with real‑world tools such as remote labs, virtual machines, and vendor platforms that mirror what is used in industry. We guide you step by step so you can practise safely without breaking anything at work.
How do payments and refunds work?
