Description
Linux runs most of the servers, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity tools you'll work with in IT — this course gets you comfortable using it, hands-on, in one weekend.
Over two live sessions, you'll work directly in the Linux terminal: managing files and permissions, installing software, monitoring system processes, and connecting to remote machines over SSH. No prior Linux experience needed — everything is taught step by step through guided labs, not lectures.

How We Teach
We teach Linux live and interactively. The instructor explains a concept, demonstrates it, and then students reproduce it on their own Ubuntu system.
Students are encouraged to ask questions and to make mistakes in the lab. When a command fails, we read the output together and use it to understand what Linux is telling us.
The goal is to build confidence in the terminal and teach students how to think through Linux tasks rather than simply copy commands from a screen.
